Forklift solid tire manufacturers generally need to look at its relevant parameters when purchasing solid rubber tire rims. Rim parameters mainly include: diameter, width, PCD and hole position, offset, and middle hole 5 factors:
1、 Diameter: the size of the steel ring is actually the diameter of the steel ring. People often hear the words of 15-inch steel ring and 16-inch steel ring. The 15-inch and 16-inch steel ring refer to the size (diameter) of the steel ring. With large rims and high tire flattening ratio, it can play a very good visual tension effect, and it will also increase the stability of vehicle handling, but with it comes the additional problem of increased fuel consumption.

2、 The width of the rim is commonly known as the J value. The width of the rim will directly affect the selection of the tire. For tyres of the same size, the flat ratio and width of the selected tyres are different with different J values.
3、 The professional name of PCD is pitch diameter, which refers to the diameter between the fixing bolts of the rim. Take 5 * 113 as an example, which means that the PCD of this rim is 113mm and the hole position is 5 bolts.
4、 Offset: Offset in English, commonly known as ET value, is the distance between the mounting surface and the center line of the rim. This parameter can usually be found on the back of the rim.
The ET value is positive for general vehicles and negative for a few vehicles and some jeeps.
5、 It is the big hole in the middle of the rim. Note that the hole size is measured from the back.
The hole is the part used for fixed connection with the vehicle, which is the position of the concentric circle between the rim and the rim.
