1. After the industrial solid tire manufacturer selects imported fiber rubber as the base rubber of the tire, the heat generation function of the tire has been improved, and the heat generation of the tire during operation has been greatly reduced. The solid tire and the rim are pressed together through interference cooperation, and the tire slip ring will be caused if the tire body heat generation is too high. Fiber rubber has the advantages of good rigidity, large hardness, good stiffness, small deformation, small expansion coefficient and low heat generation, thus fundamentally eliminating the slip-ring phenomenon caused by the expansion of the hub caused by the heat generation of the tire.
2. The tire chipping and cracking are caused by various factors. In addition to the external factors such as hard injury during use, the internal factors are mainly caused by rubber aging, and mainly by thermal aging and light aging. The use of fiber rubber reduces the heat generation of solid tires, and then eliminates the cracks, blocks and other phenomena caused by the damage of rubber due to thermal aging.
