The solid tire manufacturer will introduce the repair of the wheel disc and wheel hub
Industrial solid tire is a kind of tire corresponding to pneumatic tire (hollow tire). Its carcass is solid, and it does not need to be inflated, so it does not need inner tube or air-tight layer. Tires are industrial solid tires. At present, industrial solid tyres are only used for low-speed high-load vehicles or machinery, and also for fixed-position machinery. The manufacturer of solid tire will introduce the repair of wheel disc and wheel hub:
1、 Repair of wheel disc
1) If the bearing hole of the bolt is worn, the roundness error is greater than 1.5mm or the bearing surface of the tire bolt is uneven, it can be repaired by overlaying welding.
2) Cracks between bolt bearing holes or large holes can be repaired by welding.
3) If the joint between the spoke and the rim is desoldered or the rivet is loose, re-weld or re-rivet it.
4) If there is any crack on the rim, it can be repaired by welding.

二.轮毂的修理

1) When the wear of the inner and outer bearing seat holes of the hub is greater than 0.05mm, it shall be repaired by chrome plating.
2) The oil seal seat hole has uneven wear or more than 0.15mm dents, which can be repaired by welding.
3) The circumferential surface in contact with the brake hub shall be flat. When the circular runout of its hub centerline is greater than 0.1mm, it shall be turned for repair.
4) When the brake hub of the hub is cracked, the groove can be welded and flattened.
5) When the internal thread of the bolt hole of the fixed axle shaft is damaged, it can be drilled and tapped again after surfacing.
6) When the end face circular runout in contact with the half shaft flange is not greater than 0.1mm, it shall be corrected.
